Conscious, intentional breathing has significant health benefits, allowing us to directly enhance and support our neurochemistry, nervous system, digestion, and mood.

As a certified Breathwork Teacher & Facilitator, I support clients in finding a state of deep connection, embodiment & self-empowerment through the breath.

Your breath is a portal back to your truth, clarity, and authenticity, and every session is a journey of self-discovery through your inner and outer worlds.

Private Sessions

AMPLIFY, RECLAIM, AWAKEN

Take your breathwork practice to the next level with a private session! Available in-person and virtually for individuals, couples, or small groups, these packages are designed to deepen connection, clarity, and purpose.

  • My private breathwork & somatic sessions offer a transformative journey, one that will expand your awareness and open you up to your full potential.

    Private sessions are for you if you’re :

    • seeking guidance in starting or deepening your breathwork practice,

    • desiring more support and guidance during sessions,

    • ready to clear energetic blocks and limitations,

    • craving a deeper connection with your mind-body-spirit,

    • ready to ditch the excuses and step up to your highest potential

    • feeling called to a customized experience built around your needs & goals.

  • Private sessions are available as a standalone or (my recommendation!) as a package of 4 sessions (incl. complimentary intake call) to maximize your experience and expansion.

    Sessions purchased as a package must be used within 12 weeks. (Pro Tip: I recommend biweekly sessions to really maximize your experience!)

    What you get:

    • Complimentary 30-min Expansion Call: get clear on your goals and intentions for our sessions.

    • Private Breathwork Sessions: 60-90 minutes including initial check-in, personalized breathwork session, and post-session integration.

    • Curated playlists and breathwork practices designed around your unique goals, intentions, and experience level.

    • Somatic & energetic practices to support integration between sessions.

    • A safe and supportive space to be held, witnessed, and guided through your breath by an experienced facilitator and practitioner.

    If you’re new to breathwork, or aren’t quite ready to commit to a package of sessions yet, one-off in-person sessions are currently available at two locations:

    By request:
    Bow Sanctuary, Bow

  • Currently I offer both in-person and virtual private breathwork packages.

    In person sessions are currently offered at two locations in Anacortes, WA and in Bow, WA. In person is recommended if you desire a deeper level of support, additional energy work during sessions, and/or prefer hands-on guidance from a facilitator.

    Virtual sessions are held via Zoom and can be done wherever you are. These are a great option if you live further away, or want more flexibility with days & times.
