    In this 30-minute session, we’ll discuss where you’re struggling, what your goals are, and how a holistic approach could help you achieve them.

    While there is zero obligation to join a program, if we’re a good fit I’ll share how coaching could support you in achieving lasting health. We’ll talk pricing, program options, and potential results you could receive.

    As a holistic coach, I provide a safe, supportive space for you to share concerns, explore, learn and grow as you move through your wellness transformation.

  • While I firmly believe everyone could benefit from health coaching, I’m not going to lie: these programs aren’t for everyone!

    My 1:1 coaching programs are for you if you’re ready to:

    • Commit to your overall health, wellbeing, and longevity,

    • Invest and prioritize yourself and your healing,

    • Show up fully and willingly each week with an open mind and heart,

    • Grow and expand beyond what you believed was possible,

    • Change your existing habits, diet, lifestyle, or narratives to create a happier and healthier life,

    • Be open to experiencing profound transformation and growth in all aspects of your life, and

    • Feel calmer, more confident, and more conscious of your body and its unique needs.

    These programs are NOT intended for you if you’re:

    • Looking for a quick fix,

    • Only wanting to lose weight (without addressing the underlying root cause),

    • Have no desire to make changes to your current diet or lifestyle,

    • Unwilling to show up for yourself or our sessions, or

    • Not interested in identifying the underlying root cause(s) of your health issues.

  • Good question! Nutritionists create and provide meal-plans, focusing solely on diet; health coaches take a broader, whole-person approach, guiding clients to explore what dietary preferences work best for them. Therapists assess, diagnose, and treat mental illnesses; health coaches provide motivation and support towards reaching your goals, and should never offer treatment or diagnosis of any illness.

  • Since I am not a certified Nutritionist, I cannot legally provide you with meal plans. What I DO provide is extensive resources, easy to digest information, years of experience exploring different dietary theories, and personalized dietary recommendations for you based on your unique goals and constitution. I offer guidance, support, and encouragement for you to make dietary choices that feel right for you, based on your current symptoms, goals, and individual bodies. I strongly believe that each of us intuitively knows what is right for our bodies - it just takes remembering!

  • If you’re on the fence or unsure whether coaching is a good fit for you, I’d recommend booking a Clarity Consultation! During this 30-minute session you will experience coaching first-hand, learn how it could benefit you, and have the opportunity to discuss which program would be the best fit for your unique needs.   • At this time all coaching sessions are held remotely via Zoom or other secure online platform.
