As a certified Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator, I support clients in finding a state of empowerment and deep connection through the breath.

Who Shouldn’t Do Breathwork?
The beautiful thing about breathwork is that there are tons of ways to breathe! While most people can find some form of intentional breathing that is safe for them, it is important to note that specific breathwork practices may be unsuitable for some individuals.
Please be sure to check with your doctor or primary care physician before starting a breathwork practice!
I will always share any contraindications to specific practices in my sessions, and offer modifications for those who cannot engage with them. Any questions, feel free to reach out to me directly!
